The Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation (FCEF) will be offering a course on Quality Customer Service on Tuesday, 30th March.

Upon completion of the course, participants will:

  • Understand what customer’s needs, wants & expectation
  • Understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Identify customer service gaps that exists & ways to address them
  • Moments of truth– SWOT analysis of the current situation/ Develop Action plan
  • Examine the importance of product knowledge in your vocation
  • Communicating & Interacting confidently with customers

The course is open to businesses in Fiji and will be conducted in a face-to-face workshop. Individuals interested in signing-up should email Debbie on training@fcef.com.fj
