The Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation (FCEF) will be offering a course on Quality Customer Service on Tuesday, 30th March.
Upon completion of the course, participants will:
- Understand what customer’s needs, wants & expectation
- Understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service
- Identify customer service gaps that exists & ways to address them
- Moments of truth– SWOT analysis of the current situation/ Develop Action plan
- Examine the importance of product knowledge in your vocation
- Communicating & Interacting confidently with customers
